• Call your SportsOhio representative at (614) 791-3003 for open times and dates.
• SportsOhio will prepare a contract to reserve your date.
• Sign and return the contract along with your minimum nonrefundable deposit of $500 and you're booked!
• When ordering SportsOhio catering, your final menu is due 14 days prior to the event.
• Your final attendance count is due 14 days prior to the event.
• Your final payment is due 7 days prior to the event (SportsOhio staffs PowerPlay according to your final count. Therefore, no refunds are given if your actual attendance is lower).
• No outside food or beverages other than from approved outside caterers can be brought into the park.
